How do i check availability?

There are three ways to check availability.
Firstly, you can use the booking button. Secondly you can submit an online enquiry. Thirdly, you can contact our reservation team on +44 01332412241

How and when can i collect keys

 All our apartments are meet and greet. You will be emailed meet and greet instruction before your arrival. It’s important that you have access to this email as it will have confirmation of your booking.

When is booking confirmed?

Once we have received your enquiry Grand Central Apartments will respond via email with our availability. If you decide to reserve the apartment we offer, you will receive a booking invoice covering the accommodation charges for your entire stay.
Once the payment has been processed you will get a ‘Confirmation of Reservation Email’. Your reservation will only be confirmed once payment has been taken from your credit / debit card or bank transfer.

Do you accept Hen or Stag night parties?

Strictly No! Any evidence of this, you will be asked to leave without any refund.

How often do you provide cleaning service

This can be arranged on request, additional servicing can be arranged at an extra charge (subject to staff availability).

How do i connect to the internet?

You will find instructions on how to connect to our complimentary Wifi connection on the “Guest Information Sheet” found in your  apartment.

Where is the nearest airport?

Nearest airport is East Midlands airport.

Can i drop my luggage of - Before check in?

Storage is available from 9am. Please let us know in advance.

Can i check-in earlier or check-out later?

Subject to availability and with prior notice we can arrange an earlier check-in time or departure. Additional charges may apply so check with our reservation team

Do you provide towels and linens?

Fresh Towels and linen are provided.

Can i do my own laundry?

All apartments have washing and ironing facilities.

Do i have to pay a deposit on arrival?

 

 Yes a security deposit is required on arrival. This will be returned on the day of check out  after an inspection of the property. Guests are responsible for any costs that arise as a result of damage, breakages or unreasonable wear and tear, including the necessary cleaning of upholstery or repainting of walls or replacement key costs.

 

Can i view before i book?

If you would like to view the apartments prior to booking please contact us to check if there are available apartments to view.

Can i shorten my stay once i have checked in?

The non refundable cancelation policy will apply to any curtailment / shortening of the agreed rental period.

Can i extend my stay?

Extending your stay is possible subject to availability, if you need to extend your stay please contact reservations on +44 01332 412241 or If the apartment is unavailable, Grand Central Apartments Derby, will make every effort to offer an alternative. When booking, if you are aware you might want to extend your stay, please let Grand Central Apartments Derby know to avoid disappointment.

What is provided in the kitchen?

 All our kitchens are fully equipped with utensils, crockery, cutlery and glassware. Your kitchen will have a ceramic domino hob, a combination microwave and convection oven and grill, a fridge/freezer unit, dish washing sink and a kettle.

How do i return the keys on check out?

Our meet and greet team, will arrange with you to collect keys.

Do i need to show my I D.

Yes this will need to be presented to our check in team.

Do i i need to clean the apartment on departure?
Hi we require all our guests to leave the apartment in the same clean tidy condition when they first arrived.
